Taxi drivers must complete a Taxi medical assessment to apply for a Taxi licence or to renew their licences.

 

We have been approved by a number of councils to provide Taxi medicals.

 

The examination will be carried out in accordance with the latest requirements of DVLA Medical D4 form.

  • Some councils require full Medical Record or a medical summary to be reviewed by the doctor signing your D4 form so please contact your us prior to booking your taxi medical.
