Service Description
Obtain your Bus/Minibus/PCV medical for only £50. If you passed your driving test after 1997 and are on your way to drive a minibus over 3.5 tonne you require a D4 medical to obtain your provisional D1driving licence. To drive a minibus commercially, regardless of your age you need a medical assessment to obtain your D1 licence. Our GMC approved doctors will perform a medical examination including Eye test and Blood pressure recording. We may also need to perform a urine test to check for diabetes. In order to complete a Medical assessment to drive a bus/minibus or PCV: You will need to take with you. 1) Proof of ID (ideally driving licence) 2) Any Letters from your Doctor or hospital 3) A list of medications if you are taking any, the doses and the date you began taking them 4) Your driving glasses and optician prescription (be able to remove your contact lenses for part of the Eye test) 5) D4 Medical form/ taxi medical form (or form relating to the medical you have booked)
